This trip was super fun!! I loved our tour guide Melissa! She was super fun and made the trip amazing!!! I was able to see so many things in such little time and the show we went to was AMAZING!!

Wow! We had such a good experience booking with Infinity Tours. Julia was such a delight to work with and very prompt to answer our questions. They were very accommodating for special requests and always had a positive “can do” attitude as we planned the trip. Then Stephanie and Jess made the trip feel effortless while we were there. They were always looking out for people trailing behind. They adjusted the plans when we wanted to see something different… and we’re just such a delight to have as part of the group. Thanks for a wonderful adventure.

Stephanie and Jess were great travel guides with Infinity Tours. They have a lot of experience leading high school tours and know all the ins and outs of air travel and getting around New York City. They were very gracious taking our larger adult community choir on our tour to NYC. They were a great resource for us as we explored the city. As adults, we sometimes traveled and explored on our own, but whether we were traveling as a large or small group, if we needed help finding our way or making it to performances on time, we could count on Stephanie and Jess to find us and help us find our way. There were three different times that Jess found me or other members of our group—in the subway terminal, at the Oculus, and at One World Trade—and I’m still scratching my head as to how. Having a bus to take us to and from the airport in New Jersey helped a lot as well. Jess and Stephanie did a great job of keeping us informed and on schedule. They were also genuinely interested in our choir and our singing. They took great videos of our performances and group photos. And Jess will be coming to one of our concerts in the fall. It was nice to have people from the Midwest who knew how foreign NYC can seem, and who have a history of helping bring western musical talent to the east coast.

It was a great trip. The travel hosts did a fantastic job of getting people where they needed to go and solving issues quickly. They were very knowledgeable and experienced. It was a great tour. The only thing that I could say negative about the whole experience was their choice of one of the group meals that we had. They set us up for a lunch at Margaritaville, which consists of a few under-par tacos with very little selection, including warm sodas. It was very disappointing. We would have had a much better selection and enjoyment getting a bunch of pizzas and meeting in a park! The dinner at La Mela's Italian Restaurant was superb, though. Kudos to the travel staff and their attention to detail. Great experience.

We had a wonderful time. Saw lots of great sites, had super tour guides, and a wonderful hotel in a great location with a yummy and filling breakfast.
